Fabian Scholarship Fund

Student must:
- Be a U.S. citizen who has committed a felony offense and been sentenced and/or incarcerated in jail/prison for more than one year, and has been released from jail/prison within two years of applying for the scholarship or will be released before the start of Fall Quarter
- Have a GED or high school diploma and be able to meet Seattle Central College admissions requirements
- Be enrolled in a recognized external support program, such as Interaction Transition
- Be eligible for state or federal financial aid and must immediately apply/have applied for financial aid or complete/completed a FAFSA
- Be willing to serve as a mentor in some capacity after completing degree
